The new go-to-market relationship brings to the Pax8 Marketplace MSP-aaS powered by NOCDOC, Service Desk, NOC, SOC, and technical support to Pax8’s 40,000+ MSP ecosystem
June 8, 2026– PAX8 BEYOND – SALT LAKE CITY – Accelerating the move from managed to modern MSP, MSP-as-a-Service(MSP-aaS), powered by NOCDOC, announces a new partnership with Pax8, the global AI and cloud Marketplace for smalland medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
The relationship extends the reach of the NOCDOC-powered MSP-as-a-Service operating model and introduces enterprise-grade operational support capabilities to thousands of Pax8 partners seeking to modernize and scale faster without adding internal overhead.
The agreement strengthens the execution layer of the MSP-aaS platform by bringing together Pax8's expansive Marketplace and partner ecosystem with NOCDOC's 24/7 Service Desk, NOC, SOC,and technical operations capabilities.
Together, the companies are enabling Pax8 partners to receive best-in-class help desk support while addressing their own labor shortages, operational complexity, and margin pressures. In return, Pax8 partners will be better positioned to realize accelerated growth through an elastic service delivery model and greater focus.
“As a trusted partner to so many businesses across the channel, at Pax8, we’re always working to help our partners operate more efficiently and scale with confidence,” said Kathryn Almendarez Marsman, Senior Vice President of Global Vendor Alliances, Pax8. “Bringing MSP-aaS into our Marketplace gives partners access to the kind of always-on operational support that is increasingly critical as they grow. It’s a practical step forward in helping them deliver consistent, high-quality service without adding unnecessary complexity to their business.”
Available soon, all services delivered by NOCDOC will be white-labeled, allowing MSPs to retain ownership of the customer experience while leveraging expanded operational and technical capabilities behind the scenes. The Pax8 help desk, which is 100% US-based, will be powered by NOCDOC and made available to all Pax8 partners.
"Pax8 has built one of the most influential partner ecosystems in the industry," said Juan Fernandez, CEO of Summit Holdings. "By bringing MSP-aaS and NOCDOC to the Pax8 community, we're extending access to a proven operating model that helps MSPs scale faster, deliver services more consistently, and grow profitably without the burden of building additional operational infrastructure."
Expanding the MSP-as-a-Service Model
MSP-aaS was built to remove the most common barriers to MSP growth, including labor shortages, rising operational complexity, tool sprawl, and shrinking margins. Powered by NOCDOC's 24/7 white-label NOC, SOC, Service Desk, and technical operations backbone, MSP-aaS combines people, process, platform, and profitability into a scalable operating model designed for modern solution providers.
Through the Summit Holdings / Pax8 collaboration, MSPs will gain streamlined access to operational support services, technical expertise, and marketplace-enabled procurement, further accelerating the adoption of elastic service delivery across the channel.
"Today's MSPs need flexibility, operational efficiency, and access to specialized expertise,"said Michael Amiri, CRO of Summit Holdings. "Our relationship with Pax8 combines world-class marketplace access with proven operational execution. Through MSP-aaS and NOCDOC, partners can expand service delivery, improve margins, and scale with confidence knowing they have an experienced support organization behind them."
